Job summary

Fairmont Makati in Manila is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee Food & Beverage operations and guest service quality in a luxury setting.

You will ensure standards, manage budgeting, and lead a team of colleagues, with emphasis on loyalty program knowledge and Opera PMS proficiency.

The role requires a degree in hospitality and at least five years of management in a luxury hotel, with strong leadership and guest relations skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• A minimum of five (5) years of managerial experience in a luxury hotel is an asset.
• Service-oriented, high guest service skills, talent, knowledge, and ability to lead colleagues to excellence.
• Strong working knowledge of loyalty programs, Opera, and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensures quality guest service that adheres to the corporate, regional, and local standards through daily inspection of outlet functions and operations.
• Prepares reports by ensuring they are maintained and accurate, participates in the budgeting process, and monitors Micros system.
• Trains and develops decision-making skills, performance management techniques, and function planning abilities of colleagues.
