Job summary

Fairmont Makati in Manila seeks an experienced hotel manager to uphold luxury service standards and lead a skilled team in a premium operations environment.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in luxury hotel management, a hospitality degree, and a proven ability to train staff, manage budgets, and optimize guest experiences using Opera and MS Office.

This on-site role offers the chance to shape daily service from the heart of Makati's business district.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage.
• A minimum of five (5) years of relevant managerial experience in a luxury hotel is an asset.
• Service-oriented, high guest service skills, talent, knowledge, and ability to lead colleagues to excellence.
• Strong working knowledge of loyalty programs, Opera, and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensures quality guest service that adheres to the corporate, regional, and local standards through daily inspection of outlet functions and operations.
• Prepares reports by ensuring they are maintained and accurate, participates in the budgeting process, and monitors Micros system.
• Trains and develops decision-making skills, performance management techniques, and function planning abilities of colleagues.
