Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced logistics professional in the Philippines to oversee daily outbound tasks, schedule production, and drive KPI-based performance reviews. The role requires WMS proficiency, strong data accuracy, and teamwork across cross-functional teams.

You will develop SOPs, enforce safety standards, mentor supervisors, and optimize rosters to reduce costs while maintaining high-quality fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in logistics or related field.
• At least 3 years of e-commerce warehouse management or inventory control experience.
• Proficient with WMS software and e-commerce warehouse operations.
• Strong data accuracy, detail orientation, and MS Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; capable of cross-functional collaboration.
• Mandarin proficiency and handling 50+ personnel leadership preferred.

• Ensure timely completion of daily outbound tasks including picking, sorting, order checking , and shipping:
• Develop production schedules and coordinate workgroups to guarantee smooth and accurate order fulfillment.
• Define performance targets for various roles and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure all position KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Develop and refine SOPs for all production stages. Drive innovation within operational workflows to enhance productivity and maintain high-quality standards.
• Enforce warehouse safety protocols to ensure the safety of inventory, equipment, and personnel at all times.
• Mentor team leaders and associates through ongoing training to improve job proficiency and ensure strict adherence to company operational policies.
• Monitor real-time floor operations to maintain 6S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety), ensuring an organized and standardized work environment.
• Optimize duty rosters and workforce scheduling to minimize labor costs and reduce waste of operational supplies.
• Undertake other assignments and projects as delegated by management.

Requirements:

• Associate degree or above; major in Logistics Management or related fields is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce warehouse management or inventory control.
• Proficient in e-commerce warehouse operations and experienced in using WMS (Warehouse Management System) software.
• Strong awareness of data accuracy with a rigorous and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Advanced user of MS Excel and other office software; possesses solid data processing and analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Highly responsible with strong execution skills; able to complete inventory audits and variance resolution on schedule.
• Proven experience in managing teams of 50+ personnel.
• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is highly preferred
• Willing to be assigned to Ibaan, Batangas.
