Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking an experienced Inbound Operations Manager to oversee daily inbound processes in our Batangas facility. You will plan staffing, monitor workflows, and ensure smooth receiving operations in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

The role requires 3+ years in warehouse management with WMS expertise, strong data accuracy, and the ability to lead 50+ personnel. Mandarin language skills are highly preferred and a supportive team culture is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level education not required but Associate degree or higher preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce warehouse management or inventory control.
• Proficient in warehouse operations and WMS software.
• Strong data accuracy mindset with detail-oriented work.
• Advanced MS Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated leadership of large teams (50+ personnel).
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency is highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities：

• Daily Operations Management: Plan daily inbound operations, allocate manpower, control progress, and oversee on-site execution to ensure smooth receiving processes.
• Exception Monitoring: Monitor the inbound workflow, promptly report operational anomalies, and implement preventive measures to mitigate operational risks.
• Peak Volume Handling: Develop contingency plans for bulk arrivals and mass inbound shipments; optimize the allocation of personnel and equipment to maintain efficiency during peak periods.
• Process Optimization: Implement and refine warehouse management policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflow standards to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• KPI Achievement: Ensure inbound operational tasks are completed on schedule and meet established KPI targets.
• Team Development: Lead inbound team building initiatives and establish a talent pipeline through training and mentorship.
• Cost Control: Manage and control costs across all inbound stages to minimize overall receiving operational expenses.

Qualifications：
