Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. in Batangas is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily outbound and inventory control in our Ibaan facility. You will develop production schedules, drive KPI performance, and ensure 6S and safety standards on the floor.

Candidates should have an associate degree or higher in logistics, 3+ years in e-commerce warehouse operations, and strong skills in WMS, Excel, data analysis, and cross-functional teamwork. Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or above; Logistics Management preferred.
• Experience: At least 3 years in e-commerce warehouse management or inventory control.
• Technical: Proficient in e-commerce warehouse ops and WMS software.
• Work Ethic: Strong data accuracy and detail-oriented approach.
• Software: Proficient in MS Excel and office software; data processing/analysis skills.
• Interpersonal: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Execution: Responsible with inventory audits and variance resolution on schedule.
• Leadership: Experience managing teams of 50+ personnel.
• Language: Mandarin skills highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process Optimization: Develop and refine SOPs for all production stages and drive workflow improvements.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce warehouse safety protocols to protect inventory, equipment, and personnel.
• Team Development & Training: Mentor leaders and associates to improve proficiency and policy adherence.
• On-site Management: Monitor real-time floor operations to maintain 6S standards.
• Cost Control: Optimize duty rosters and scheduling to minimize labor costs and waste.
• Additional Duties: Undertake other assignments and projects as delegated by management.

Job Responsibilities：

• Ensure timely completion of daily outbound tasks including picking, sorting, order checking , and shipping: Develop production schedules and coordinate workgroups to guarantee smooth and accurate order fulfillment.
• KPI Management: Define performance targets for various roles and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure all position KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Process Optimization: Develop and refine SOPs for all production stages. Drive innovation within operational workflows to enhance productivity and maintain high-quality standards.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce warehouse safety protocols to ensure the safety of inventory, equipment, and personnel at all times.
• Team Development & Training: Mentor team leaders and associates through ongoing training to improve job proficiency and ensure strict adherence to company operational policies.
• On-site Management: Monitor real-time floor operations to maintain 6S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety), ensuring an organized and standardized work environment.

Qualifications：

• Education: Associate degree or above; major in Logistics Management or related fields is preferred.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce warehouse management or inventory control.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in e-commerce warehouse operations and experienced in using WMS (Warehouse Management System) software.
• Work Ethic: Strong awareness of data accuracy with a rigorous and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced user of MS Excel and other office software; possesses solid data processing and analysis skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Execution: Highly responsible with strong execution skills; able to complete inventory audits and variance resolution on schedule.
• Leadership: Proven experience in managing teams of 50+ personnel.
• Language: Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is highly preferred.
