Shopee in Metro Manila is hiring for an Inventory Specialist to oversee accuracy in the e-commerce warehouse. You will align system records with physical stock, manage bin locations, and document movements.

Responsibilities include conducting regular stock counts, conducting variance analysis, and coordinating with inbound, outbound, and front-end teams to ensure data integrity and smooth operations. A data-driven mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Accuracy Management: Oversee inventory accuracy within the e-commerce warehouse, ensuring alignment between system records, physical stock, and bin location data.
• Process Optimization: Implement and refine inventory management workflows, enforcing strict control and accurate documentation of all inbound and outbound movements.
• Stock Audits: Conduct regular inventory counts (monthly, quarterly, and annual) to verify stock precision and completeness.
• Variance Analysis: Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement timely corrective actions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Inbound, Outbound, and Front-end Operations teams to provide inventory data and operational support.
• Product Data Maintenance: Assign codes and manage data entry for non-barcoded products to ensure the integrity and accuracy of item information.
• Quality Assurance & Auditing: Audit key operational processes such as put-away and picking to ensure inventory accuracy; inspect outbound goods to guarantee product quality and integrity prior to shipment.
• Additional Duties: Undertake other inventory-related tasks and assignments as directed by management.
