Job summary

Shopee Ibaan, Batangas is seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee accuracy in our e-commerce warehouse. You will align system records with physical stock and bin locations while leading inventory audits and controlling inbound/outbound movements.

The role requires 3+ years in e-commerce warehouse management, proficiency with WMS, advanced Excel skills, and strong communication to coordinate with cross-functional teams; Mandarin is a plus and willingness to relocate to Ibaan.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above; major in Logistics Management or related fields is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce warehouse management or inventory control.
• Proficient in e-commerce warehouse operations and experienced in using WMS software.
• Strong awareness of data accuracy with a rigorous and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Advanced user of MS Excel and other office software; possesses solid data processing and analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Highly responsible with strong execution skills; able to complete inventory audits and variance resolution on schedule.
• Proven experience in managing teams of 50+ personnel.
• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is highly preferred
• Willing to be assigned to Ibaan, Batangas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory accuracy within the e-commerce warehouse, ensuring alignment between system records, physical stock, and bin location data.
• Implement and refine inventory management workflows, enforcing strict control and accurate documentation of all inbound and outbound movements.
• Conduct regular inventory counts (monthly, quarterly, and annual) to verify stock precision and completeness.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement timely corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Inbound, Outbound, and Front-end Operations teams to provide inventory data and operational support.
• Assign codes and manage data entry for non-barcoded products to ensure the integrity and accuracy of item information.
• Audit key operational processes such as put-away and picking to ensure inventory accuracy; inspect outbound goods to guarantee product quality and integrity prior to shipment.
• Undertake other inventory-related tasks and assignments as directed by management.
