• Dependable, precise, and able to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Research and compile prospect contact information from directories and public sources.
• Build clean, accurate call lists with verified names, titles, phones, and emails.
• Carry out high-volume outbound calls to B2B prospects in education, commercial, and institutional sectors.
• Identify decision-makers, timelines, budgets, and upcoming needs for cabling or low voltage services.
• Set qualified appointments and discovery meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects who aren't ready, including callbacks and email touchpoints.
• Log all call activity, outcomes, and notes in the CRM or tracking system.
• Watch bid and procurement sites for new opportunities and flag relevant leads.
• Report weekly on outreach volume, connect rates, appointments, and conversions.
• Keep lead lists clean by removing outdated contacts and correcting data.
