Qualifications

• Proven outbound calling, cold calling, or appointment setting experience.
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral, professional accent.
• Confident phone presence to reach and engage decision-makers.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills.
• Capable of high daily outbound call volume.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A quiet, professional home office with stable internet and headset.

Responsibilities

• Work through a growing list of 500+ leads by phone to reach decision-makers.
• Introduce services and book qualified appointments to fill the calendar.
• Get past gatekeepers to reach actual decision-makers.
• Follow up on AI-captured leads and confirm scheduled appointments.
• Manage booking calendar and coordinate scheduling.
• Handle light administrative tasks related to leads and appointments.
• Answer inbound calls when needed and log outcomes in CRM.
• Maintain professional, friendly phone manner representing the business.
