We're glad to be adding a confident and persistent Cold Caller & Appointment Setter to drive outbound sales activity for a growing structured cabling and low voltage services provider. This role combines prospect research, high-volume outbound calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting for our sales team. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with facilities managers, IT directors, and procurement contacts, handles rejection well, and keeps meticulous records of every call and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and compile prospect contact information from school district directories, vendor networks, bid websites, and other public sources
• Build and maintain clean, accurate call lists with verified names, titles, phone numbers, and email addresses
• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to B2B prospects in the education, commercial, and institutional sectors
• Qualify leads by identifying decision-makers, project timelines, budget authority, and upcoming cabling or low voltage needs
• Book qualified appointments and discovery meetings for the sales team
• Manage follow-up sequences for prospects who are not yet ready, including callbacks and email touchpoints
• Log all call activity, outcomes, and notes accurately in the CRM or tracking system
• Monitor bid and procurement websites for new opportunities and flag relevant leads to the sales team
• Report weekly on outreach volume, connect rates, appointments booked, and conversion results
• Continuously clean and update lead lists by removing outdated contacts and correcting bad data

Mandatory Skills:
