Responsibilities

• Make your way through a growing list of 500+ leads by phone to reach business owners and decision-makers.
• Present our services and secure qualified appointments that fill the calendar.
• Work past gatekeepers and reception to reach the actual decision-maker.
• Circle back on leads captured by our AI receptionist and confirm scheduled appointments.
• Keep the booking calendar organized and coordinate scheduling.
• Take on light administrative tasks tied to leads and appointments.
• Pick up inbound calls forwarded from the main business line when needed.
• Log call outcomes, contact details, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM.
• Hold a professional, friendly phone manner that represents the business well.
