Job summary

Cyberbacker Careers is seeking a Growthbacker (Sales) to join our remote sales team in the Philippines. You will handle high-volume outbound calls, qualify leads, and book meetings with business owners, driving end-to-end sales cycles with company scripts and outreach sequences.

You should be a strong communicator, relentless in pursuing targets, and comfortable handling objections. 2+ years in full-cycle sales and B2B experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in full-cycle sales (AE/closing role) with English-speaking clients.
• Experience with high-ticket or B2B sales is preferred.
• CRM tooling experience is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling & Appointment Setting
• Make high-volume outbound calls daily to prospects using company-provided scripts and outreach sequences.
• Qualify leads, build rapport, and book appointments with business owner.
• Conduct high-quality Business Evaluation Meetings with pre-qualified leads to assess client needs, pain points, and goals to deliver compelling, consultative presentations aligned with company solutions and client objectives.

• High-Ticket or B2B Sales Focus: Inbound & Outbound Calls
• CRM and Sales Tool Proficiency
• Industry-Related Sales Experience: Telco, Financial Loans, Recruitment sales
