Job summary

Reed Elsevier Philippines is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative or Coplogic Telesales Representative who manages direct contact with US Law Enforcement Agencies to promote LexisNexis Coplogic Suite and grow accounts. You will drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including demos, contracts, and implementation.

The role requires strong communication, CRM proficiency, and the ability to work night shifts as needed, with a hybrid setup and ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder or completed at least 2 years of college.
• At least 2 years of inbound/outbound call experience.
• Experience in B2B sales and lead conversion.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound sales contact to schedule qualified demonstrations, meetings, build pipeline, and produce real business opportunities and convert sales.
• Prospect for new business from assigned call lists/leads through cold calling.
• Identify qualified prospects and locate key decision makers.
• Keep accurate records in CRM and manage client/prospect data.
• Learn, understand, and apply the LexisNexis value proposition and training.
• Master all phases of the training and development program.
• Report to REPH Team Supervisor with Operations Manager guidance.
• Work with Business Unit Partners and Sales Support to complete all sales stages, implementation and account setup.
• May have a quota and potential earnings bonus or incentive.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
