Job summary

Reed Elsevier Philippines seeks an Outbound Sales Representative to manage direct contact with US law enforcement agencies and pursue the LexisNexis Coplogic Suite. You will drive the entire sales process from lead generation to closing and ongoing account management.

Responsibilities include building the pipeline, cold calling, and coordinating with support teams to fulfill contracts and setups, with a hybrid work setup and opportunities for commissions.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of inbound or outbound sales experience.
• Experience in cold calling and converting leads to opportunities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
• Experience in B2B sales and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound sales contacts to schedule demos, build pipeline, and create opportunities.
• Prospect for new business from assigned lists and leads.
• Identify qualified prospects and locate key decision makers.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and update client profiles.
• Learn and apply LexisNexis value proposition and sales processes.
• Collaborate with teams to complete all sales stages, implementation, and account setup.
