Job summary

Reed Elsevier Shared Services (Philippines) Inc Company is seeking a role to support the execution of CLE programs offered by LexisNexis, focusing on reporting needs and developing new On-Demand and Non On-Demand CLE programs.

The position involves generating reports, processing documentation, assisting with accreditation, renewals, and customer support for lawyers across states, leveraging LexisNexis tools and basic enterprise AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder or completed at least 2 years level in college (no back subjects/incomplete units).
• 2-3 years’ experience in Customer Service (phone calls and email).
• Basic knowledge in MS Excel.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Background in Web based tools (LexisNexis University, etc.).
• Project management – automation project.
• Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently and can work with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Strong detail orientation with the ability to follow defined processes.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Generate Reports and Process Continuing Legal Education Documentation and assist with day-to-day data entries in support of the consulting teams
• Assists in CLE Accreditation, Reporting, Renewals, Calls/Emails, and provide support as needed
• Assists in the creation of reports or audit responses based on state CLE requirements/requests
• Keep abreast of new state CLE rules across all types of CLE programs and provide customer support to lawyers across states CLE covers
• Ad-hoc projects; will become familiar with state CLE rules to provide telephonic support
• Continually identifies improvements for CLE processes
• Other duties as assigned
