Job summary

You will coach daily performance, implement campaigns, analyze KPIs, and report updates to internal stakeholders and client partners while ensuring compliance and quality across calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in outbound sales management, preferably in a call center/BPO for travel/hospitality accounts.
• Strong data analysis, team motivation, and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of outbound sales supervisors to drive customer acquisition, upselling and retention for travel/hospitality accounts.
• Manage daily performance, conduct regular coaching sessions, and track KPIs like conversion rates and average order value.
• Implement outbound sales strategies, cold-calling campaigns, and lead-generation sequences tailored to travel/hospitality promotions.
• Analyze data, review metrics, and present performance updates to internal stakeholders and client partners.
• Monitor calls, ensure compliance with travel industry regulations, and refine scripts to maximize conversion.
