Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Assistant Manager to lead sales operations for a Travel & Hospitality program. The role focuses on driving inbound and outbound sales performance, coaching teams, and delivering business targets.

The ideal candidate has strong BPO sales and people management experience, with expertise in outbound sales, objection handling, performance management, and sales strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of BPO Sales experience.
• At least 2-3 years of leadership/people management experience, preferably managing Team Leaders/Senior Team Leaders or Assistant Managers.
• Travel & Hospitality experience is preferred, especially with cruise lines or hotel programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Operations: manage day-to-day inbound and outbound sales activities and ensure targets.
• Coach Team Leaders/Senior Team Leaders with performance feedback and accountability.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, objection-handling techniques, and coaching plans to improve conversion and revenue.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and workflows, implementing short-term initiatives.
• Partner with operations and hiring managers to communicate performance and ensure delivery of objectives.
