Job summary

Teleperformance in Pasay City, Metro Manila is seeking an outbound sales coach to lead and mentor a travel account team on-site. This full-time role focuses on developing a high-performing sales force, driving targets, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

As Assistant Manager, you will coach team leaders and reps, implement sales strategies, analyze metrics, and partner with Operations, Training, Quality, and Workforce to sustain performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–4 years leadership experience in sales/coaching/training or operations.
• Experience managing leaders and driving sales performance in a BPO/contact center environment.
• Strong understanding of outbound sales methodologies, objection handling, and conversion strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop team Leaders and Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed targets.
• Drive a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Analyze sales trends, KPIs, and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, call audits, calibration sessions, and performance reviews.
• Partner with Operations, Training, Quality, and Workforce to execute performance improvement strategies.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve productivity and conversion rates.
