Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is hiring an Outbound Sales Assistant Manager for MOA onsite night shifts. The role requires 5–8 years in BPO sales and 2–3 years of leadership, with strong outbound/inbound sales experience and excellent objection handling. Applicants should have proven ability to drive sales performance and coach teams.

Travel/hospitality experience is a plus; rehire restrictions apply to Teleperformance PSG/Majorel alumni. Offer includes a ₱45K–₱65K package with start ASAP.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years BPO Sales experience.
• 2–3 years leadership/people management experience.
• Strong Outbound & Inbound Sales background.
• Excellent objection handling & conversion skills.
• Proven experience driving sales performance.
• Strong coaching, action planning & stakeholder management.
• Travel & Hospitality experience preferred.
• Former Teleperformance employees are not eligible for rehire, including PSG/Majorel candidates.
