Job summary

Stafflink Express in the Philippines is seeking an Outbound Sales Leader to manage an outbound sales account within a BPO/contact center. You will initiate calls to potential customers from provided leads, drive cross/up-sell, and coach a team of Specialists.

You will act as final decision-maker in your area of expertise, shaping short- to medium-term activities and mentoring others to meet the department strategy.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as an Operations Manager (OM) or Senior Operations Manager (SOM) in outbound sales BPO.
• Specialist in one discipline with thorough understanding of related areas.
• Ability to serve as final decision-maker in area of expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Specialists with full employee lifecycle responsibility.
• Drive development of new solutions for programs, complex projects, or processes.
• Ensure timely, short- to medium-term activities within the business area.
• Develop and implement policies, processes and standards to support tactical direction.
• Coach, mentor and train others in your area of expertise.
• Initiate calls to potential customers for cross/up-sell and new customer acquisition.
