Gratitude Philippines seeks an experienced Operations Manager/Senior Operations Manager to oversee Telesales (Inbound/Outbound) within a BPO/contact center. The role focuses on logging requests, activating accounts, scheduling service appointments, and transferring issues for resolution, while driving cross-sell opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of OM/SOM experience in outbound sales in a BPO setting and will drive development of new solutions, coach teams, and ensure policy

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience as an Operations Manager (OM) or Senior Operations Manager (SOM) managing an Outbound (OB) Sales account within a BPO/contact center environment.
Experienced Specialist in one specialized discipline with a thorough understanding of related disciplines and the ability to drive new solutions for programs, complex projects, processes or activities.
Ensures the implementation of short- to medium-term activities within the business area or supports the sub-function within the department's strategy. Leads a team of specialists, sometimes across several hierarchical levels, with full employee lifecycle responsibility.
