Nexus Recruitment Group in Mandaluyong is seeking a Sales Team Lead to oversee an outbound sales team and drive performance. This full-time, onsite role focuses on coaching a team responsible for international campaigns in a dynamic, supportive environment.

You will supervise daily operations, monitor KPIs, and identify training gaps to foster growth and maximize results. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years experience leading outbound international sales teams (BPO preferred).
• Self-starter with strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Proficient in Excel, CRM and other basic office tools.
