Job summary

Stafflink Express is seeking an Outbound Sales Assistant Manager for a call center environment. The role centers on telesales, handling inbound and outbound activities, and driving performance with a focus on excellence.

You will supervise less experienced staff and oversee short-term initiatives to improve processes. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in BPO sales with 2–3 years managing leaders, strong conversion strategies, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of BPO sales experience.
• 2–3 years managing leaders (Sr. Team Lead/Assistant Manager level, Sales, Outbound Sales, Coaching, or Operations).
• Strong background in Outbound Sales, objection handling, and conversion strategies.
• Proven experience in driving sales performance and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of performance metrics, coaching, and action planning.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Willing to work onsite at TP MOA.

Responsibilities

• Perform telesales work (inbound/outbound) in a call center environment.
• Respond to customer-initiated calls to activate services, request product/service changes, schedule installations or repairs, or resolve issues.
• Sell targeted products/services as part of customer-initiated interactions.
• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
• Supervise work of less experienced professionals and provide professional expertise.
• Manage and oversee implementation of short-term activities within the team.
• Significantly improve day-to-day activities and processes.
• Make operational decisions within a defined scope.
• Deliver professional responsibilities with focus on professional excellence.
• Manage a team of Individual Contributor co-workers.
