Leadout Capital is seeking a high-energy Sales Development professional to join our team in the Philippines. The BDR role focuses on outbound lead generation and strategic account development within Enterprise accounts, collaborating with SRs and AEs.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years inside sales in IT, proven success in the Philippines market, and strong communication skills, with the drive to progress through a clear learning and earning path in a Salesforce-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years inside sales experience in IT, including new business development and cold calling.
• Fluent Tagalog; able to converse with clients in the Philippines.
• Proven success selling to Philippine market with strong written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated, high-energy, and proactive with a positive attitude.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline across Enterprise Accounts.
• Create and prioritise strategic target account lists within Philippines.
• Research and build "cold accounts" by adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts.
• Evangelize Salesforce and the On-Demand model.
