Job summary

Work For Prosper in the Philippines is seeking a proactive outbound/lead-generation associate to support our sales and customer outreach efforts.

You will make cold calls, respond to queries using pre-set templates, manage social media engagement, maintain a leads database, schedule appointments, and handle emails. The role welcomes fresh graduates and emphasizes English fluency, organization, and flexibility for shifting or graveyard shifts; prior BPO experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• College level with work experience or a college graduate
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
• Excellent in english both spoken and written
• Organized & Self-driven
• Willing to work on shifting schedules or graveyard shifts
• With experience in BPO industry is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Make cold calls to generate leads/Outbound calls/Setting appointments through call
• Management customer queries and respond to them with the relevant pre-set template
• Manage the social media handles and upload property photos and engage the audience.
• Create and maintain the database of leads generated.
• Manage appointments and schedule and send reminders.
• Email handling with pre-template
• Ad Hoc
