Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers using company-provided lead lists and prospect databases.
• Introduce the company's products or services professionally and communicate the value proposition clearly.
• Identify and engage relevant decision-makers to generate interest and potential business opportunities.
• Qualify prospects by asking relevant questions, understanding their needs, and assessing their suitability for the company's offerings.
• Handle initial objections professionally and respond to prospect questions using approved scripts and information.
• Follow up with prospects consistently through phone calls, emails, and other approved communication channels.
• Schedule appointments, sales calls, or meetings with qualified prospects for the sales or business development team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, prospect responses, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.
• Meet established performance targets, including daily call volume, contacts reached, qualified leads, and appointments booked.
• Provide regular updates on calling activities, prospect feedback, and campaign performance.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve calling scripts, outreach strategies, and lead qualification processes.
