You will focus on dialing, engaging prospects, handling objections, and scheduling meetings. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of B2B cold calling on US accounts, verifiable references, and the ability to work independently with a provided

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven B2B cold calling / appointment setting experience on US accounts.
• Neutral, native-level spoken English with no discernible foreign accent.
• Verifiable references; references will be called.
• Works fully independently — no training or day-to-day management required from client side.
• Own reliable laptop, headset, and stable internet (we provide dialer and all software).
• Honest, reliable, coachable.

Responsibilities

• High-volume outbound B2B cold calling to US prospects (150+ dials/day)
• Book qualified meetings with decision-makers using provided scripts and talk tracks
• Handle objections confidently and conversationally in real time
• Log all call outcomes accurately in our CRM
• Attend brief daily check-ins with US team
