SummitNext Technologies is seeking a results-driven Lead Generation / Outbound Telemarketing Specialist based in the Philippines. You will work remotely to contact existing database customers, qualify prospects for equipment replacements and upgrades, and set appointments for U.S.

campaigns. Requirements include 2+ years in outbound B2B lead generation targeting North America, strong English communication, and experience with Salesmate CRM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in outbound telemarketing or B2B lead generation targeting North American markets.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication with a neutral accent.
• Experience using Salesmate CRM or similar outbound dialing tools.

Responsibilities

• Make 60–80 outbound calls daily to U.S. contact lists.
• Use CRM to log activities, validations, dispositions, notes, lead status and appointments.
• Qualify prospects using scripts and criteria to identify decision-makers.
• Schedule and hand overqualified appointments with detailed contact information to sales teams.
• Maintain call logs and support weekly/monthly reporting on volumes and outcomes.
