Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced outbound lead generation specialist to book qualified meetings with US decision-makers from Makati. This pure execution role provides dialing scripts, target lists, a US-number dialer, and ongoing coaching.

You will focus on dialing, engaging prospects, handling objections, and scheduling meetings. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of B2B cold calling on US accounts, verifiable references, and the ability to work independently with a provided

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven B2B cold calling / appointment setting experience on US accounts.
• Neutral, native-level spoken English with no discernible foreign accent.
• Verifiable references; references will be called.
• Works fully independently — no training or day-to-day management required from client side.
• Own reliable laptop, headset, and stable internet (we provide dialer and all software).
• Honest, reliable, coachable.

Work-From-Office is a setup based in Makati.

We are hiring an experienced outbound lead generationto book qualified meetings with US decision-makers. This is a pure execution role: we provide the calling scripts, target lists, dialer with US number, and ongoing sales coaching. The candidate'sjobis to dial, converse, handle objections, and book meetings — nothing else.

Core Responsibilities

• High-volume outbound B2B cold calling to US prospects (150+ dials/day)
• Book qualified meetings with decision-makers using provided scripts and talk tracks
• Handle objections confidently and conversationally in real time
• Log all call outcomes accurately in our CRM
• Attend brief daily check-ins with US team

What We Provide

• Performance bonus per qualified meeting held, on top of base rate

What This Role Is Not

• Not a closing role, no revenue quota

• No client-side training, equipment, or supervision required

Qualifications and Requirements

• Neutral, native-level spoken English with no discernible foreign accent. This is the primary screening criterion. Candidates will be assessed via live mock cold call before advancing.
