Scale Up Philippines is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to support a fast-growing international B2B technology company.

This role focuses on building a qualified outbound sales pipeline and booking meetings with decision-makers in the Tech, SaaS, Cloud, or IT Services space.

You will research target accounts and decision-makers, conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels, and maintain accurate CRM records to drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of lead generation or SDR/BDR experience.
• Direct experience in Tech, SaaS, Cloud, or IT services required.
• Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
• Strong cold email and LinkedIn outreach and appointment setting experience.
• Excellent written English communication.
• Comfortable with meeting lead generation targets.
• Proactive and able to understand client business beyond scripts.
• Tech/SaaS industry experience is non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts and decision-makers.

• Build and manage prospect lists and CRM records.
• Follow up with prospects and move leads through the sales funnel.
