NightOwl Consulting Philippines Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Dialer to join our Operations team in the Philippines. The Dialer will make outbound calls to potential and existing US-based clients using an automated dialing system, maintaining professionalism and handling high call volumes.

You will handle lead generation, appointment setting, CRM updates, and product support while meeting sales targets. Ideal candidate has 2–3 years in cold calling or telemarketing and strong English

Qualifications

• Excellent English Proficiency and clear articulation over the phone.
• 2–3 years in cold calling, telemarketing, or call center roles targeting US companies.
• Competitive, goal-oriented with persistence in high-volume outbound calling.
• Service-oriented with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Strong communication and listening skills; multitask across leads and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Cold Calling & Lead Generation: reach out to potential clients and qualify leads.
• Appointment Setting & Follow-ups: schedule meetings and nurture prospects.

• CRM & Database Management: maintain accurate records in CRM.
