Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Apollo.io for lists, sequencing and outbound campaigns.
• Proven B2B lead generation and cold email outreach.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms for lead tracking and pipeline management.
• Strong grasp of email deliverability, domain warm-up and inbox placement.
• Ability to write clear, engaging outreach copy.
• Experience tracking campaign KPIs such as open and reply rates and conversions.
• Dependable, precise, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and proactive problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build targeted prospect lists in Apollo.io off defined ideal client profiles.
• Set up and run outbound email sequences and cold outreach campaigns in Apollo.io.
• Put together, schedule, and roll out marketing email outreach campaigns.
• Keep watch on campaign performance metrics and sharpen sequences for better open, reply and conversion rates.
• Run inbound lead flow, ensuring timely follow-ups and clean routing.
• Maintain lead records, data accuracy, and pipeline hygiene across CRMs.
• Turn out regular reports on campaign performance, lead volume, and pipeline activity.
• Study and turn up new prospecting channels and audience segments.
• Work directly with the founder to refine messaging, targeting criteria, and outreach strategy.
• Document processes and build SOPs as workflows settle in.
