Job summary

VA Masters is seeking a proactive Lead Generation and Email Outreach Specialist to drive outbound prospecting and marketing email campaigns. You will manage list building, sequencing, and campaign execution while handling inbound leads and maintaining pipeline hygiene.

You will collaborate directly with the founder to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategy. This role requires a self-starter with strong technical aptitude and the ability to own processes from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Apollo.io for list building, sequencing, and outbound campaign management.
• Proven experience in B2B lead generation and cold email outreach.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms for lead tracking and pipeline management.
• Strong grasp of email deliverability best practices, domain warm-up, spam avoidance, and inbox placement.
• Ability to write clear, compelling outreach copy that earns engagement.
• Experience tracking and reporting on campaign KPIs such as open rates, reply rates, and conversions.
• Dependable, precise, and able to work under little supervision.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to clearing up problems.

Responsibilities

• Assemble targeted prospect lists in Apollo.io against defined ideal client profiles.
• Set up and run outbound email sequences and cold outreach campaigns in Apollo.io.
• Build, schedule, and roll out marketing email outreach campaigns.
• Watch campaign performance metrics and sharpen sequences for better open rates, reply rates, and conversions.
• Handle inbound lead flow, ensuring timely follow-up and proper routing.
• Keep lead records, contact data accuracy, and pipeline hygiene tidy across CRMs.
• Turn out regular reports on campaign performance, lead volume, and pipeline activity.
• Study and find new prospecting channels and audience segments.
• Work directly with the founder to refine messaging, targeting criteria, and outreach strategy.
• Document processes and build SOPs as workflows settle in.
