Job summary

Anytime Capital is expanding its branch network and seeks a Lead Generation Specialist to power the top of the funnel. You will identify prospective consumer and business clients in our branch markets, build accurate outreach lists, and drive outbound campaigns across email and social channels.

You will qualify responses and hand off warm prospects to the BD team, while maintaining clean CRM records and monitoring performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in lead generation, outbound sales development or a similar role
• Experience with cold outreach at volume, including email deliverability basics
• Strong written English
• Organized, consistent and comfortable being measured on output
• Based in the Philippines, with reliable overlap with US business hours

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective consumer and business clients in our branch markets
• Build accurate, well-segmented outreach lists with verified contact information
• Run outbound email and social outreach campaigns at consistent volume
• Qualify responses against defined criteria and route warm prospects to the business development team
• Track outreach performance and refine messaging, targeting and channels based on results
• Keep prospect records clean, deduplicated and current in the CRM
