• Strong understanding of the LinkedIn algorithm and reach drivers in 2026.

• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, publish, and manage LinkedIn content for a founder.
• Run daily engagement with thoughtful comments to grow visibility.
• Build targeted prospect lists and run outreach sequences.
• Identify warm leads and reach out with personalized messages.
• Track performance across reach, engagement, connections, replies, and leads.
• Suggest data-driven improvements to content and outreach.
• Keep all outreach safe, personal, and on-brand.
