Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced telesales professional to build and own your pipeline with small and mid-sized businesses.

You will prospect by phone and email, qualify opportunities and close new business, with a clear path to earning higher income through performance-driven rewards. You'll manage your funnel end-to-end, using Apollo/ZoomInfo and AI tools to research accounts, write professional outreach, and track results in CRM and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outbound sales or telesales experience, ideally in telecom, IT or MSP sales.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Experience selling to small and mid-sized businesses.
• Strong phone presence and written communication.
• Hands-on use of prospecting databases like Apollo/ZoomInfo.
• Working knowledge of AI tools for sales productivity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Self-starter, takes initiative and accountability.
• Strategic thinker motivated by growing income.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and call small and mid-sized businesses and reach IT leaders and owners.
• Build and manage your own pipeline and daily activity plan to meet quota.
• Sell connectivity, SD-WAN, SASE, UCaaS, cybersecurity and related telecom solutions.
• Use Apollo/ZoomInfo or similar platforms to research accounts and build lists.
• Use AI tools to research prospects, personalize outreach and work efficiently.
• Write clear, professional emails and follow-ups.
• Track activity, opportunities and results in the CRM and Microsoft tools.
• Bring creative ideas for new campaigns and messaging.
