Job summary

RCBC in the Philippines seeks a capable frontline associate to provide competent, timely, and error-free over-the-counter services in the Business Center, while ensuring compliance with BSP/AMLA and internal policies.

You will help manage risk by applying bank procedures, support branch objectives with excellent service, and be willing to be assigned to locations such as Katipunan, Visayas Ave., Diliman, Anonas, Timog Ave., and Aurora Blvd.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provides competent, timely and error-free over-the-counter services to customers in the Business Center.
• Ensures compliance with internal policies, BSP/AMLA regulations and other external rules.
• Recognizes risk areas and eliminates risks by implementing bank policies and procedures.
• Supports branch objectives through excellent customer service delivery and other service initiatives.
• Willing to be assigned in locations: Katipunan, Visayas Ave., Diliman, Anonas, Timog Ave., Aurora Blvd.
