Job summary

COMMSEC INC. in the Philippines seeks a telecommunications design engineer to prepare site and construction drawings for telecom facilities, interpreting codes and guidelines, and assisting with layout and design. The role requires 1–5 years of telecom design experience and a engineering degree.

Candidate should own a vehicle, be willing to work in NLZ, and can start ASAP. Proficiency in AutoCAD and GIS platforms is essential for the project scope and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Electronics) or equivalent work experience.
• Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, QGIS, or specialized GIS platforms.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of telecommunication fiber technology, FTTH design, and safety regulations.
• Experience: Generally 1–5 years in telecommunications design.

• Schedule and submit workload to meet critical engineering design due dates.
• Assist in the training of other engineering personnel.
• Participate in and comply with company Safety Program and complete all training required.
• Represent KGPCo to the community with attention to the highest standard of conduct, appearance, and attitude.
• Perform other duties or responsibilities as required or assigned.
