Job summary

FiberHome Phils., Inc. is seeking an Engineering professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering to lead telecom design efforts for FTTH/FTTX projects.

The role involves overseeing design teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Candidates should have 2-4 years in telecom design, experience with HLD/LLD, survey, RTA, As-Built, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel/Sheets, and Google Earth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
2-4 years of experience in telecom design, FTTH/FTTX projects, or OSP network deployment.
Experience in managing design teams and handling projects across multiple areas or provinces.
Strong background in telecom design processes, including Survey, HLD, LLD, RTA, and As-Built Plan activities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, AutoCAD, Google Earth, and related design/tracking tools.
Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and client coordination skills.
Experience coordinating with clients, project stakeholders, and internal teams regarding project concerns and deliverables.
Willing to travel and conduct field validation when necessary.
