Job summary

Smoothmoves, Inc. in Cavite City seeks a telecom design engineer to design aerial and underground fiber optic networks (FTTH/FTTx) and create detailed construction drawings.

You will conduct field surveys, perform make-ready engineering (MRE) and pole loading analyses, coordinate with utilities and permitting bodies, and ensure compliance with OSHA, NESC, and local regulations. Proficiency in GIS/CAD is required.

Qualifications

• Experience designing FTTH/FTTx networks.
• Ability to perform field surveys and feasibility assessments.
• Knowledge of cost estimation and material forecasting for fiber projects.
• Familiar with GIS and CAD tools for delivering design documentation.

• Review as-built documentation and ensure accurate record updates.
• Troubleshoot design-related issues during construction.
