Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Electronics) or equivalent work experience.
• Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, QGIS, or specialized GIS platforms.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of telecommunication fiber technology, FTTH design, and safety regulations.
• Experience: Generally 1–5 years in telecommunications design.

Responsibilities

• Prepares site drawings and construction drawings for various telecommunication facilities in a cost effective manner.
• Interpret codes, standards, requirements, and guideline for telecommunication projects.
• Interpret engineering drawings and assist with layout and design engineering work for construction.
• Perform self-check and quality control of work for completeness, accuracy, client standards, and overall presentation.
• Schedule and submit workload to meet critical engineering design due dates.
• Assist in the training of other engineering personnel.
• Participate in and comply with company Safety Program and complete all training required.
• Represent KGPCo to the community with attention to the highest standard of conduct, appearance, and attitude.
• Perform other duties or responsibilities as required or assigned.
