Job summary

Rippedboxstation is seeking a Procurement Coordinator/Manager to lead OS&E procurement across multiple categories for hospitality projects. The role involves supplier onboarding, price negotiations, and issuing purchase orders aligned with budgets and timelines.

You will support tendering processes, maintain procurement documentation, track orders, and coordinate shipments while ensuring quality and cost efficiency. English fluency and MS Office proficiency are essential.

• OS&E procurement experience within hospitality projects.
• Strong knowledge of international supply chains, logistics, and customs processes.
• Experience managing suppliers, contracts, and procurement workflows.
• Excellent negotiation and cost-management skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proactive, solution-oriented with strong documentation and reporting discipline.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and onboard OS&E suppliers across multiple categories.
• Lead pricing negotiations and manage commercial terms with vendors.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders aligned with budgets and timelines.
• Support tendering processes (RFQs, bid comparisons, supplier recommendations).
• Maintain procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts, proforma invoices, and delivery notes.
• Track orders from placement to final delivery and ensure alignment with specifications.
• Coordinate shipments from suppliers to final destination and monitor delivery schedules.
• Manage import/export processes, including customs clearance and duties.
• Apply knowledge of Incoterms, freight structures, and landed costs.
• Support inventory planning (par levels, attic stock, demand forecasting).
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Designers, and FF&E teams.
