Ideal candidates have a psychology background, 1–3 years in OD, and strong coordination and communication skills. You will collaborate with HR and department leaders on assessments, change initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.

Aufgaben

• Support Organizational Development Programs: assist in designing and implementing OD programs aligned with business needs and coordinate activities supporting workforce capability development.
• Organizational Design and Job Management: assist in job analysis, evaluation, and development/maintenance of job descriptions to ensure role clarity and alignment; support structure reviews.
• Performance and Talent Management Support: support implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluation, and calibration; assist in promotions and talent movements.
• Conduct Organizational Assessments: assist in surveys and organizational reviews; analyze data to identify development needs and gaps.
• Support Culture and Engagement Initiatives: assist in culture-building and employee engagement programs; coordinate activities promoting a productive workplace culture.
• Support Change Management and Continuous Improvement: provide support in organizational change initiatives and recommend enhancements.
• Monitor Program Effectiveness and Internal Collaboration: assist in monitoring OD programs; prepare reports and coordinate with HR and department leaders.
• Other related duties as assigned by management.

• Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• 1. Support Organizational Development Programs

  • Assist in the design and implementation of organizational and employee development programs aligned with business needs
  • Coordinate activities that support workforce capability development and organizational effectiveness

  2. Organizational Design and Job Management

  • Assist in job analysis, job evaluation, and development/maintenance of job descriptions to ensure role clarity and alignment
  • Support organizational structure review and updates to improve efficiency and workforce alignment

  3. Performance and Talent Management Support

  • Support implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluation, and calibration activities
  • Assist in promotion, regularization, and other talent movement processes ensuring alignment with company policies

  4. Conduct Organizational Assessments

  • Assist in conducting organizational assessments, employee surveys, and organization review activities
  • Analyze data to identify development needs, gaps, and improvement areas

  5. Support Culture and Engagement Initiatives

  • Assist in implementing culture-building and employee engagement programs
  • Coordinate activities that promote a positive and productive workplace culture

    6. Support Change Management and Continuous Improvement

    • Provide support in implementing organizational change and transformation initiatives
    • Assist in organizational improvement projects and recommend enhancements based on findings

    7. Monitor Program Effectiveness and Internal Collaboration

    • Assist in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of OD programs and systems; prepare reports and recommend improvements
    • Coordinate with HR and department leaders to ensure alignment of OD initiatives with organizational goals and support related activities as required
