TALENT MANAGEMENT in Manila is seeking an OD Specialist to design, implement, and evaluate organizational development initiatives that strengthen culture and drive business performance. This on-site role partners with HR and leaders to improve team effectiveness and engagement.

You will conduct needs assessments, develop training programs, support change efforts, and analyze data to propose evidence-based interventions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and implementing OD programs.
• Strong facilitation, training design and workshop delivery.
• Ability to conduct needs assessments, analyze data and provide insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business or related field; OD certifications are a plus.

Role Description

The OD Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Manila. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating organizational development initiatives that support culture-building and business performance. Day-to-day tasks include conducting needs assessments, developing and facilitating training programs, supporting change management efforts, and partnering with leaders to improve team effectiveness. The OD Specialist also analyzes organizational data, recommends interventions to enhance engagement and productivity, and collaborates with HR and management to align OD strategies with overall talent management goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in organizational development, talent management, or HR, with the ability to design and implement OD programs.
• Strong skills in facilitation, training design, and workshop delivery to diverse groups.
• Capability to conduct needs assessments, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Effective communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field; advanced studies or certifications in OD or HR are an advantage.
• Proven experience working in culture-focused organizations or driving culture and engagement initiatives is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Manila and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
