Job summary

First Sumiden Circuits, Inc. is seeking an Organizational Development Associate in Cabuyao, Laguna to support the design, implementation, and evaluation of OD programs aligned with business needs.

You will help with workforce capability development, organizational effectiveness, and smooth coordination across teams. The role involves assisting in job analysis, structure reviews, and performance management processes while promoting culture-building and change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or any related course.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in OD-related functions
• Exposure to employee engagement, training, or HR analytics
• Experience supporting organizational programs or projects.
• Basic knowledge of OD concepts and HR processes
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Data gathering and basic analysis skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and systematic
