STARBREAKER CORP seeks an Organization Development Officer to support initiatives for organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, workplace culture, and performance improvement. The role assists in assessing needs, developing OD programs, and implementing changes across policies, processes, and reporting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, OD, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in organization development, HR, learning and development, employee engagement, or related field
• Experience coordinating training, employee engagement, performance management, or organizational improvement initiatives is an advantage
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with surveys, performance management systems, LMS, or HRIS is an advantage
• Ability to handle confidential employee and organizational information with professionalism
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with employees at different levels

• Assist in assessing organizational needs and opportunities for improvement
• Support development and implementation of OD strategies, programs, and initiatives
• Review organizational structures, roles, workflows, and processes to identify improvements
• Recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness

• Monitor the effectiveness of OD programs and prepare reports for management
• Assist in developing employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives

• Evaluate training effectiveness and report findings

• Document OD processes and produce dashboards/reports
• Maintain confidential records related to development and engagement
• Ensure OD initiatives align with policies and requirements
