Responsibilities include leading org design, culture-building programs, and stakeholder-aligned change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field.
• Master's degree in Organizational Development, HR, or Business Administration is an advantage.
• Certifications in Organizational Development, Change Management, Performance Management, or Talent Development are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop organization development strategies to support growth and transformation.
• Lead organizational structure reviews and optimize efficiency and accountability.
• Design and facilitate culture-building initiatives aligned with values and objectives.
• Manage employee engagement programs and analyze survey results.
• Partner with department heads to drive change management initiatives.
