Job summary

Flash Express in the Philippines is seeking a professional to analyze business structures, procedures, processes and resources to improve efficiency across divisions.

You will consult with management, develop data formatting and reporting methods, implement performance management, and support organizational development initiatives to align with strategic goals.

• Consult with management and other leadership to identify business processes.
• Develop methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting.
• Create effective strategic planning methods.
• Assist Organization Development & Performance Management Supervisors in the implementation of the performance appraisal process within the company
• Implement organizational effectiveness interventions.
• Create competency models for Job Description
• Recommend team-building exercises and workshops.
• Implement major changes in all organization chart of operation and Business unit
• Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligning with organizational goals.
• Diagnose potential organizational problem areas.
• Recommend training and development based on data gathered from KPI or score cards.
