Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation seeks an Organizational Development Manager to design and implement strategies that boost organizational effectiveness and employee engagement, while leading change initiatives for Motortrade Nationwide Corporation. You will align HR strategies with business goals and guide leaders through transitions.

The role requires OD expertise, stakeholder management, and strong analytics to drive performance improvements across a multi-branch organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, HR, business administration or related field
• Experience in organizational development, change management, leadership development, or related HR functions
• Experience in a corporate or multi-branch organization is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational assessments to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Design and implement change management strategies for restructuring and process improvement initiatives
• Guide leaders and teams through organizational change to ensure smooth implementation
• Develop and execute employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention programs
• Implement performance management systems aligned with company goals and accountability standards
• Provide training and support on performance management tools and practices
• Design employee wellness and recognition programs to improve engagement and well-being
• Develop KPIs and metrics to measure effectiveness of OD programs and initiatives
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders, including Motortrade Nationwide Corporation management
• Coach, evaluate, and develop team members based on KPIs and performance standards
