We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and people-oriented Organizational Development Associate to support organizational effectiveness initiatives through the development of organizational structures, job documentation, employee learning programs, and engagement activities. This role combines OD expertise, facilitation and hosting skills, and creative design capabilities to deliver impactful employee experiences and organizational solutions.
The ideal candidate is confident in facilitating training sessions and company events, experienced in crafting Tables of Organization (TOs) and Job Descriptions (JDs), and skilled in creating visually engaging communication and learning materials.
Organizational Development
Develop, update, and maintain organizational structures and Tables of Organization (TOs).
Create, review, and standardize Job Descriptions (JDs) to ensure role clarity and alignment with business requirements.
Assist in workforce planning, organizational restructuring, and change management initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of organizational charts, manpower requirements, and role documentation.
Learning and Development
Facilitates / Hosts company events such as town halls, employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and alike.
Support training needs analysis, learning implementation, and program effectiveness evaluation.
Coordinate learning logistics and monitor participation and completion of development programs.
Develops creative layouts for learning modules and internal communications.
Employee Engagement
Serve as host/emcee for company events, town halls, employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and corporate initiatives.
Coordinate internal events, engagement campaigns, surveys, and communication initiatives.
Encourage employee participation through effective facilitation and communication techniques.
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 1-3 years of experience in Organizational Development, HR, Learning & Development, or Employee Engagement.
Experience in developing organization structures, Tables of Organization, and Job Descriptions.
Good facilitation, presentation, and hosting skills.
Proficient in Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office
